I have over 30 years of experience working in the criminal justice system.  I worked as a New York State prosecutor at the highest levels, serving the people of Dutchess County,  Rockland County, Westchester County, Bronx County, New York County, Kings County, Queens County, Nassau County, Suffolk County and St. Lawrence County.

I served as an Assistant District Attorney for the District Attorneys of St. Lawrence County, Bronx County and Suffolk County. As an assistant District Attorney, I prosecuted serious felony offenders charged with:

  • narcotics offenses

  • DWI

  • kidnapping

  • rape

  • robbery

  • homicide    

I also served as an Assistant Deputy Attorney General in the New York State Organized Crime Task Force, investigating and prosecuting large-scale, multi-member criminal syndicates engaged in:

  • narcotics sales

  • firearms trafficking

  • auto theft

  • money laundering

I have handled hundreds of felony cases at all stages of criminal proceedings, including pre-indictment investigation, grand jury presentation, pre-trail motions, pre-trial hearings and trial.
